Kforce Customer Service Representative in Kansas City, Missouri

Kforce is looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Kansas City, Missouri (MO) area. The schedule consists of normal business hours Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5PM.

  • Dispatch experience

  • Customer service experience

  • Potential candidates need to have ample dispatch and customer service experience

  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

  • Comfortability with SAP software is a plus

  • Must be comfortable fielding inbound calls and emails

  • A self-starter that isn't afraid to ask questions

  • Logistics and supply chain experience is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills are vital
